This is our second time hiring Alex and Heritage Home Design to replace the second half of our windows and the front door, and we were, once more, extremely pleased with the work done. Alex is professional and easy to communicate with. The Heritage Maximum window style is similar to our original wood windows and fits our home's traditional design. The new front door with full sidelites and semi-circular transom window significantly improved the look of our home. The installer Roman and his team worked diligently to match the original window and door trim, and did an excellent job. We definitely recommend Heritage Home Design.
Had window replaced that was causing leak in the house. Alex was prompt and came to give me a quote. Agreed and the install went smooth and was quick as well.
After reviewing a handful of contractors, Heritage truly stood out by their expertise and excellent suggestions. I would be more than happy to recommend this team for any one seeking excellent home design and renovations.

We know that we can count on you which is why we got you to come back and do our garage doors. You do the best work. You all have exceeded our expectations. Also, I should mention your clean up efforts were fantastic, you left my house cleaner than when you started! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your installation experts and your product from Window City to anyone who is looking for new windows and doors.
I had all my windows done in 2013. They were in and out in 2 days and did an amazing job. 10 years later and they are still looking after me with no charge. Alex was awesome from start to finish.

Last year Alex did a complete removal and replacement of 46 windows and interior trim at my house. They also replaced my drafty double front doors with a 42” beautiful mahogany door with double side lites. This was a major endeavour and completed during COVID 19.
