We had lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpet fitted a few weeks ago. Today we have had a large bedroom carpet fitted. Both times it has been a really good experience. Staff in the shop very helpful and friendly, the carpets came at the time we needed them and the fitters did an excellent job they were very efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
Ordered new stairs carpet Monday fitted Wednesday morning old carpet taken up and taken away . Excellent from show room to fitting no messing about and all at a very very good price .Will recommend to everyone
Had our stairs carpet fitted today by Ryan and Matt. Absolutely love the carpet, It looks amazing. Ryan and Matt were really friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Balfour Carpets.
This place was recommended by my family friends as they use them a lot. Yes Balfour carpets is not cheap they sell premium quality products I must say but the reason I am giving one star is because I paid £500 more than what other competitors asked for and on top of that they lied to my face 2 times. I quote they said “They use thier own carpet fitters” which was a lie they contract out workers. After speaking to the carpet fitters they confirmed they do not work directly for them and I was very disappointed with this. I am happy with my carpets but why lie to customers you will never get a penny from me again nor any of my family and friends.
We alway use Balfour carpets for all our carpets we find them reasonably priced and like that they keep old records so you don’t have to measure the rooms again when you need a replacement carpet. Just had my newest stairs carpet installed by Mick , great bloke and did a brilliant job arrived on time and left no mess really happy with the carpet and installation .
Absolutely can't recommend Balfour Carpets enough. Right from the quote through to the fitting they have been absolutely outstanding. As a wheelchair user I was looking for something long lasting and had done a lot of research, the team answered ALL my questions and they really understood their products. I was so confident we were making the right choice, both with the floors and Balfour Carpets. We couldn't be happier, pictures really don't do the floor justice but it is so incredibly beautiful.
Very good service and staff are very friendly in shop, who are more than happy to help. A fantastic variety of flooring, they also provided us with Plywood base for my house, so thats an option. Would recommend you go to these guys for tmyour flooring needs.

Popped in to enquire about a full house carpet and Lino. Looked after throughout the project by Chris Brammall, he was on the ball and available whenever I needed. Excellent customer service and all round good guy. Highly recommend.
Nice choice of carpets with helpful staff who gave pros and cons on styles of carpets. Fitter arrived promptly and carried out stairs, landing and two small bedrooms without fuss. I’d made an error when ordering but Brendon dealt with it without any issues. Great fit, quality job. Thanks very much.
