This only relates to the cafe which is 4* so pretty good. There's plenty of tables and seating both inside and outside. The cafe food is pretty good and fairly plentiful with good choice too. Staff are helpful, there are toilet facilities off the lounge attached to the cafe. All in all it is well worth a visit and taste the food available.
Great airfield in amazing scenery. Very busy in the cafe, but the bacon, Brie & cranberry panini was excellent! Controllers even coped well when someone had a stuck mic, blocking the frequency! Will definitely be visiting again. Check out my page for videos of my fly-in.
Smashing popular and clean cafe at this location with the added benefit of outside tables. Prices are very reasonable, menu has variety, staff friendly and attentive. Filter coffee on sale. Clean toilets are at the rear, accessed through the club house bar. Large flying navigational map features on the wall.
Lovely airfield, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Really nice food and reasonably priced. A great place to visit, either by road or by air. FISO are very professional, incredibly helpful and friendly. Hope to visit again soon!
Absolutely perfect place to be a the weekend, the Hotspur cafe is great, and the airfield is generally lovely to be around.
