Fantastic beginners class with Jen. She takes time to make sure everyone is getting the most out of the class and still keeps a good pace. I really enjoyed it and felt great afterwards. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
I started attending Hereford Yoga Centre at the beginning of 2022 it's the end of 2022 at time of review. It has been one of the very best choices I've made for my health and wellbeing. I took the Beginner's Course to start, then changed to the YoWo Women's Class once this was complete. Jenny-May is an exceptional teacher. She takes time with every person to ensure that they're doing poses properly. She takes into account any health issues people come with, remembers them, and advises/modifies as needed in every session. She knows when someone is able to do a bit more, too. I love hearing the Sanskrit names of the poses as we go, and some of the reasons behind the names given. It demonstrates just how much thought and depth go into her classes. There's a rhythm and reason for every pose. The studio is very well equipped with everything needed for a yoga session. Everything is clean and maintained nicely. Bulk buy options are available for classes, making them a bit cheaper and helping you stick to your regular practise! and you can buy yoga equipment from them too if you want to use your own kit. My husband attends the YoGuy Men's Class with Prabrakhara and is really enjoying them, too. We both really look forward to our classes and always feel well looked after and know we are attending excellent quality classes.
I feel I have benefitted mentally and physically from coming to Jenny-May's yoga classes, and have met some lovely people too. I would recommend to try a taster session and see for yourself.
Such a friendly place, I’m loving my classes and making so much progress with my own yoga practice, old injuries are resolving and my mental health is much improved too.

A great studio for practicing Iyengar Yoga. A variety of knowledgable teachers who guide every ability with consideration and care. An array of equipment too, in this clean amazing space to practice whilst in class. Since going to my first class, I now feel like I can't live without it!

Very warm welcome for my first session. Everything well explained, help with poses where needed, plenty of excellent and clean equipment, and good length class. I'm really looking forward to being a regular here.
