"Whether you’re looking for weight loss, injury rehabilitation or strength & conditioning, we have the know how to help you achieve.Our two exceptionally well-equipped Hereford Gyms are conveniently located giving you a choice where to train.Set up over 5 years ago by owner & head coach Ady Watts with the aim of delivering every client results and an exceptional level of service the business now boasts two Hereford based facilities and a team of 6 full time Personal Trainers. With a limited membership our focus is very much on quality rather than quantity. It’s serious fitness, but great fun!"

I am so happy with the results since I joined in December 2016, it's been under a year and I have felt fitter, more toned and with less backache than in years. I joined wanting to tone up after having two children close together. I have toned up through both small group training and one personal training session usually just two sessions a week in total but I can't believe how much stronger I am altogether for such relatively little input in terms of hours. I have gained muscles all over, not just where I wanted to, but without looking silly. I genuinely am delighted. The coaches are SO very supportive, they make the sessions fun, and really do push me to achieve the best I can. They will vary the workouts depending on what I am capable of on the day and to keep it fresh. I thoroughly recommend everyone to join in and wish I had done it years ago.
I've trained with Ady and his team for over ten years. Going to the gym is always easier knowing there is a friendly face to provide some extra motivation and a watchful eye so that you get the most out of your time there. Friendship, professionalism and good coffee is what you can expect!
Excellent personal training service. One to one or group sessions available. Watt bike sessions are excellent. All sizes, all abilities welcome. You will notice a difference in your physical and mental state. Staff very supportive and helpful.
A really excellent place to exercise. The attention to detail and knowledge from all the coaches is superb and they go out of their way to meet your needs and to get to know who you are. Have been going now for about 4 years and they are to be highly recommended
