I have been looking for a place like this in Henley for ages, and I have finally found it with Henley Practice! I wanted somewhere to get fit in a way that was suited to my individual needs, and that is exactly what Renae has done. She not only listens to what I want to achieve, but she pushes me to my limits whilst making it fun and ensuring that every session is different. The whole team is friendly, professional and SO good at what they do. I can highly recommend Henley Practice for classes or one to one personal training.

Really great Chiropractic and sports therapy treatment supported by superb PT strength & conditioning 121's. This has kept me injury free after many years of niggles & pain. Consistent visits have helped me to stay fit and continue to compete. Love this place, highly recommended !

I've been using Laurence and Tony at the practice for several years now, they always provide an excellent service and are full of knowledge. They have provided me with regular sports massages and therapy for sports related injuries, they always have me back up and training in the minimal time needed. The facilities are modern and you are made to feel very welcome.

Friendly and knowledgeable team who cover so many aspects of exercise, injury rehab/prevention and recovery with their wide range of services. Really helpful with my transition into cycling, thanks!
