Amazing! 6 months on and I haven't smoked and more importantly, I don't want to!! I don't know how Elaine did it and I don't need to, the Hypnotherapy worked. I had lost all hope that I would ever be a non smoker after numerous failed attempts to stop. Within moments of speaking to Elaine, I began to hope and after just 1 session, I now can't imagine ever smoking again. Elaine is a lovely woman who made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I'm so grateful, this has changed my life dramatically.. Thank you. Easily 5 stars!

Elaine is absolutely brilliant. she has helped me with non smoking now since the 13th April 2017. words cant describe how simple she has made this. go to see her and never look back. She is pure brilliance

Elaine has been a marvellous help to me, as a stop smoking specialist she is simply the best in her field. She is very intuitive, caring and wise. Elaine has helped me tremendously by regressing me to discover my money blocks. She also did and a future life progression, which was surprising and fascinating. I would recommend her unreservedly.

I stopped drinking alcohol over a year ago. A personal decision I made in 2016 not related to health or abuse but because I chose to. Like many habits, sometimes you need a little help to get you over the line. A single session with Elaine and I came out feeling refreshed and in a position to move forward. I tell my family and friends that I stopped drinking using hypnosis and they can’t believe how easy and stress free it can be. ‘Teetotal’ is a phrase I’m proud to say! Thank you Elaine.

I was a little bit doubtful with hypnosis , However I have been proved very wrong. Elaine puts you at ease very quickly. I used to smoke sometimes 30 + a day and now 3 months later i do not even crave a cigarette. I threw the remainder of my packet in the street bin outside her practice and have not looked back. I would highly recommend Elaine and her technique as it has worked for me. Fabulous many many thanks Elaine
