Got this car back in November and collected in person. Arron and the team were very professional, even following our request to keep the original tesla plates on the car. The car was almost spotless which is incredible considering it was a used purchase. We loved how driving it out of the showroom felt like buying a brand new car. In the 6 months since we bought the car we have had absolutely no issues. It has been simply perfect!
Bought as Tesla and it was like new.nI was talked into purchasing extended warranty.nWas promised it covers everything.nOver course a crack appears in my main screen.nNot done by me as I treat the car better then my children.nTesla wants £1500, a used replacement is £150 and looks easy to fit.nBut I bought warranty!nSo the warranty want Tesla to diagnosis the screen costing £100.nLet’s just say I’ll never buy extended warranty again. It’s also puts me off Tesla.
The initial buying process was excellent—great communication and a smooth experience before delivery. The car itself is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the after-sales service was disappointing. They put the wrong name on the registration documents, mistakes do happen, and they assured me they would fix it, so I left it with them. Unfortunately I then received a letter that let me know it hadn't been resolved. I phoned up and was promised a callback, but no one ever contacted me. In the end, I had to resolve the problem myself and pay extra to correct their mistake. This lack of follow-through and accountability soured what started as a great experience. If they want to keep customers happy, they need to take responsibility for errors and actually deliver on promises. The car was going great until unfortunately someone crashed into the back of it and wrote it off. At this point, I was very grateful I had paid to get the registration documents changed as that would have been a nightmare otherwise.nEdit: I have now received an apology and accountability has been taken and my expenses refunded.
Can't fault this place. Amazing service and answered all my questions I'm sorry there was so many. Staff were so helpful and professional. Want to say a big thank you to Brandon and Ross for helping me buy me car. I collected it and the process was so easy and quick, much better than standard dealers. Car was in perfect condition. I would recommend and if we ever want to swap our car we will be coming back to yourselves! Big thank you!!
I fully recommend this car dealer. I bought a used ID3 in April and I’m very happy with the car and the buying experience. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because it was raining when my car was being delivered and no protection was put on the carpet no mats therefore it arrived with dirty carpets, just after being valeted. I had been told some paper would have been put down. This is only a minor detail and it wouldn’t prevent me from buying from this dealer again. Thank you Harry.
