Our mechanic and his friend Will who works for Car 360 recommended I look at the website as I wanted to buy a Tesla. It was a bit weird buying a car that I hadn't seen or test drove but given all the positive reviews I decided to give it a go. On the website there was a blue Tesla model 3 SR+ 2021. The car looked amazing in the photos, so I decided to buy it.nnThe following day I went to go and pick up the car and it was like new. They gave me excellent briefing and advice on the Tesla.nnI drove the car away and when I got home there was a problem with the screen. I immediately returned to Car360 and three engineers came out to have a look. They immediately reassured me that it was due to a Tesla update and assured me that I could pop back at anytime if I needed advice. Excellent car amazing service. A special thank you to Kira for all of her patience and numerous questions she had from me and my Dad.

The best experience I have had when buying a car.nnAt first I was slightly reluctant as car360 do things a little bit differently to how I’d ‘normally’ go about buying a car.nnAfter speaking on the live chat for around 5 mins, I was put in contact with Chance. I could not be more grateful for how excellent his service was. He took time to explain everything to me and made the whole process simple and easy for me, which I could not be more appreciative of!nnUpon arrival, Dave was really helpful. He helped me set up the Tesla app on my phone and answered any questions I had.nnThe Tesla I have purchased was in excellent condition and they also gave me a very fair price for my car which I part exchanged.nnThe whole process was really efficient and easy, I would have given more than 5 stars because the service was that good!nnI know where I’ll be going when it comes to getting my next car!
