NEVER, EVER, again. If you intend to purchase from Big then I implore you to pack sandwiches and perhaps a hip flask to deaden the pain as it is indeed a painful experience. Whilst every member of staff encountered was indeed courteous & polite the process of purchasing my car took an extremely long time. Hours and hours of sitting around waiting to be attended to. The front of house staff who directed us to an available salesperson were very pleasant. The salesman who helped and organised a test drive was excellent. The guy from the finance department was lovely. It's the process that fails. There are posters on the wall exclaiming that the customer comes first, I beg to differ. If the customer comes first then do not leave them sitting for 50 minutes before being attended to.

Had an absolute awesome experience here. Hosted by Hasnain who was friendly and shared a mutual love of cricket! Him and his manager Brian did me a fantastic deal on my part ex and the car I was buying was presented in an amazing condition. Will definitely be recommending this branch to friends and was well worth the journey up here.
After having my review removed from elsewhere I thought I would share my experience here.nFound a car we liked, booked a test drive. I believe the sales man was called Teddy. Very nice chap, friendly etc.nWe decided to purchase the car so sat down to run through the paper work. We advised we would like to pay in cash. He then ran through all the extras they offer such as warranty, GuardX, etc. We said we only wanted the car and no extras. The salesman then said her would have to fetch his manager. This is when things changednnThe manager came over and started asking questions such as what our plan and budget is if the car had problems like an engine fault etc. I said well that's our problem not yours and we would like to purchase the car with no extras. A lot of back and forth along the same lines. He was told at least 4 times we only want the car and no extras.nnAt this point my wife and I had had enough so we got up and walked out. That was a nice waste of an hour of our time.nnI can only assume they make very little on the car sale and most the profit comes from these extras which can be purchased elsewhere at a fraction of the costnnNeedless to say we wont be returning as buying a car should be a pleasant experience and we don't like these bully boy tactics.
