Came across this little gem a couple of years ago by accident after my regular place was closed......now I won't go anywhere else. Friendly service and great food
Not had a bad meal from here yet. Reasonably priced for the size of the portions and best tasting Chinese in the area. Such a shame they don't do delivery - anyone offering Chinese food delivered in Rawtenstall is set to make some serious money! Service is great too : Recommend the gravy, the wings, crispy shredded chicken or beef, and Singapore noodles.
Nice food. Gets so busy though so wait ages for collection. Not the best chow mein as noodles crispy.
Bought a special chow mein and other items tonight. Not so sure what was special about the chow mein though! Very small portion of meat and noodles and no prawns to speak of?! Chips were tasty but almost £10 for what we got was very overpriced and we won't be going back.
Easily the best Chinese takeaway in Rawtenstall, if not Rossendale. All freshly prepared and tastes great. Some of the other Chinese takeaways I've tried in the local area just taste bland. Solid menu choices.
This is my favourite Chinese and we have been going here since we were kids. Unfortunately today the prawns tasted very fishy like they were old. I hope this was a once off and it won't happen again.
Best Chinese in the all the Valley. The portions are huge, and the food amazing. If anybody complains about Heng Ju food, they don;t know what Chinese food tastes like.
Love this place. Really good food. Pad Thai highly recommended.
Upon collecting the woman seemed confused when she looked at my food. She then argued in Chinese with the chef in the back for a minute. She then came back out and proceeded to take my payment. They got my order wrong I only discovered this after returning home. When I phoned them, there was no answer as it was 10.10pm and they close at about this time...
Food is decent but the wait time for collection is ridiculous!
