The station is quite quaint - it’s not a huge station like it’s counterparts closer to London which gives it quite a nice country vibe.nnIt’s kept pretty clean, staff are helpful and if you are going off peak it’s usually a pleasant experience - during peak you probably won’t get a seat which for the price is a little depressing.nnOverall it’s a nice station should you pass through but nothing special.

Station is a station. Does what it says on the tin.nnAlmost missed my train due to staff telling me my ticket is invalid. When they started telling me about peak restrictions I knew something was up. They realised their mistake and called me back. Good thing I arrived 41 minutes early. This is obviously a symptom of all the cutbacks, we then result in a computer says no situation with them telling me what it says in Trainline is wrong.

Small and nice station, Disable entrance, disable toilet, ticket Counter, Ticket machine..Taxi rank you dont need to book..

Had to travel a lot recently to visit someone in hospital on a daily basis. Half the time the the blinds are down and unable to buy a ticket at the counter. So called staff who are supposed to check people's tickets and be helpful to customers are aways to busy standing around looking down at there mobile phones and are not very helpful at all. YET they complain about working conditions and pay when all they do is stand in a corner on there mobile phones.

Had a short trip to Hemel Hempstead. Such a cool place for gateway from London stress.
