Crap service. Absolutely disgusting.  And what's worse it's the only bus service I can use. They cancel buses all the time, leaving people in the cold for hours on end. And they never take responsibility for their horrible customer service. I suggest a boycott.

Harassed by one of their bus drivers, told the company about it, they promised to follow through with the investigation, but never did. That specific driver is dangerous and very aggressive. They couldn't care less about your safety.

Absolutely terrible driver.  Refused to let me pass a large lorry, he came forward despite already passing the parked lorry,  The bus driver insisted on coming forward and it was very difficult to go back. I reversed and he still did not come pass, I was in at the side and he would not come through despite there being enough room.  I tried to get closer to the parked lorry and to the side but there was so much traffic.   This bus driver was not patient and did not wait and when I did move he seemed unable to move quickly through.   I would not recommend this bus company as they seem to employ drivers that do not wait for women drivers to pass!!!!!!!   I am shaking from this terrible experience this morning.  The bus was LG04 LGV ,.    A terrible experience!!!!!
