RJ Hedges and Associates has been along my side since I opened my independent pharmacy. The knowledge, resources and professionalism they provide are exceptional. RJ Hedges is our peace of mind! We can lay our head down at night knowing that if an audit is on our desk the next day it is already taken care of! Jeff and his wonderful staff know their stuff and are always available to help in any way possible! We highly recommend their services!
Do not do business with this company. This company attempts to rip off anyone that isn’t well versed in acquiring a license in order to do business with Medicare. I happen to be well versed in the DME space and how to market to the Medicare crowd having done so, very successfully, many times, for many years. RJ Hedges is WAY overpriced for the services they offer. In fact they are double the price of several well qualified competitors. I am actually ok with paying more for a service as long as I can see the added value. I am firm believer in “you get what you paid for”. Too bad RJ Hedges couldn’t figure out a good answer to justify their costs. When speaking with one of their so called “Sr. Compliance Strategists”, she was unable to answer simple questions, the main one being: “Why is RJ Hedges double the price of their competitors”. She literally told me she should have to get back to me with that answer. The company also tries to over price their services based on the “illustrious” Mr. Jeff Hedges. When the Sr. Compliance Strategist was unable to answer several basic questions, I asked to set up a conference call with her boss who might be able to shed some light on my concerns. I received and email stating that if I wanted to have a conversation about their business so that I could feel comfortable forking over their outrageous fees, I would have to pay the owner, Mr. Jeff Hedges, $400/hour for the consultation. This was a crystal clear “avoid the questions” answer in the hopes that I would go away. That was followed by an email saying the types of products we wanted to offer were now unacceptable to their business. Complete BS. We were speaking with the so called Sr. Compliance Strategist for weeks who wouldn’t have committed to so many emails and conference calls if that were the situation. So, I have gone away. But I am also submitting my review of the attempted rip off by RJ Hedges as well.
Top notch professionals. They are experts when it comes to compliance for pharmacy's there is no one better. They have a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff that has only their clients best interests as their focus.
These guys are the best, most cost effective and efficient way to stay compliant!
