I've used this company happily for some time even though they are more expensive than radio or Uber. They arelways prompt and polite Last evenning I required an emergency cab to take me to the vets for medication for my dog , the cab driver engaged in a strange conversation about clothing and public transport this transpired as his way off saying I smelt like a dog,yes really. I had very clean cloths on had a bath etc butI had been nursing a dog. Despite me being disabled with mental health issues I was abandoned at the vets. This is a good taxi service but will be brought down by this judgemental driver . I've left my complaint and am awaiting a response from the manager.I suggest he is placed on some sort of personal development programme

I use this taxi company because the drivers are always polite, talkative and pleasant. You find some others are not like this where these are perfect.
Not enough staff, when you do get one they are very friendly
Taxi turned up a few minutes before time, clean car, very careful driver.
