Called and booked a taxi a hour in advance no message to say running late booked for 6 so I could get somewhere for 6.30 615 I call sorry we are going to be late 6.25 still no taxi so my daughter missed her gymnastics session as they don't allow late arrival but I still have to pay guy on the phone is it will be there in a min sorry mate too late terrible service used to be a good company if you need to be somewhere do not call this cab company they do not care about there customers it was like they only have one driver working I even stated about traffic when I called and booked they should have left enough to get to there next customer knowing about traffic I even said I needed to be there on time ! Terrible service very disappointed
Used this company before with no issues. This last booking they were 30 minutes late so had to drive ourselves to the venue. On the return journey they charged £20 for 1.4 miles before midnight. Ridiculous money and out of priniciple, will never use them again. Avoid them.
Cab had no meter, driver fiddling with his phone for a good 8 minutes. Charged us £16 for a short drive to Southampton docks. Crooks! We're elderly - saw us coming!
No longer bitterne cabs. Now run by another firm. Taxi was 25 minutes early and phoned as did not know where the address was. Then did not know the route to town. Was not polite or welcoming. Won’t be using bitterne cabs again.
Now owned by cab my ride. Awful. Turned up 15 mins late. Return journey 15 mins also late. I rang to say late. No apology so called another cab. Can't speak English and no idea where going. Female on own so was concerned when didn't turn up.
Very disappointed and felt let down. Made phone booking for taxi from Gatwick to Southampton. Price quoted by an unhelpful male and accepted. Tried to pay by 2 cards , was Told there was no money in either account which was rubbish! We phoned again and spoke to a very helpful female, payment went though, no problem. We phoned to say plane delayed and gave new arrival time. On arrival had a text to say would be 1 hour late and then a phone call to say would be 90 minutes late. At midnight this was no joke! Eventually taxi arrived and it was very un clear as to where to meet. The driving was appalling and we had to keep talking to him to keep him awake. Dangerous!
Brilliant company, drivers are lovely, kind and polite and make you feel welcome and safe. Had to book a taxi very quick due to problem with my car and getting to work and they were so helpful and friendly and got to work in plenty of time. Perfect car company and lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.
I pre-booked a taxi for the following morning for 8am for a school run . The morning comes and myself and my son we're ready to be picked up but no sign of taxi and it was 8.09am so I called them only to be told that they didn't have any cars and the guy that booked it for me shouldn't of. I was then told I would have to wait till 9am for the earliest available taxi. My son starts school at 8.30am ! The lady on the phone did apologise and it wasn't her fault. Still not happy though and currently writing this sat on a bus. No point of booking by the looks of it .
Booked a taxi, well in advance. To be rung when it was due, and told that the driver wouldn't be coming for 40 minutes as was "stuck in traffic" Looked on Google maps - no traffic - this company had obviously just sent the driver on a more expensive job. Rubbish, rude customer service and won't be using again.
Was late for very important meeting. Atrocious experience. Inside of car dirty. Driver very unhelpful. Dropped off at wrong address, was told to walk 5 mins in wrong direction.
