I have started going to post office further away as on two occasions I have been told my parcel was too big for 2nd class despite it fitting clearly in the box   ridiculous     better service at listing lane post office      shop is an empty derelict looking place    put some effort in people !

Staff are not helpful at all, they are not willing to help or answer my questions.  This is the worst post office I have been so far.  Although it says the close at 5:30, but you will not be surprised to find out they sometimes close at 5!  Very unreliable!

Staff to busy training someone else, subsequently I was served incorrectly. Terrible customer service when I asked them to solve their own mistake. Think they need retraining themselves.
