I have received my cat today, three of them. They all are really in well condition and the staff was super helpful. There was one lady on reception she was still in training but she told me in start that she in training there was one more lady with with her was helping her but she deal it really well despite of she were in training. She done a magnificent job. All the stuff was super helpful then they gave me their documents. Cross check everything and give me my cats document to me and then I receive my cats After 5 minutes they give me a brief detail that what have they done in the flight and last 24 hours like have they gone to poop and have the eaten or not and general behaviour.nI just can't say in words how professional they were. I think the best department of government which is working really good.nnThanks for all the help they have provided.
I am forever grateful to HARC. A simple paperwork error with my service animal Obi’s microchip could have caused a nightmare, but HARC stepped in with speed, compassion, and expertise. They guided me through customs clearance, coordinated urgently with Obi’s U.S. vet, and contacted the clearance agent as soon as corrected paperwork arrived dramatically shortening our separation. They even prepared home-cooked fish and rice for him, knowing his food sensitivities. Thanks to HARC, I was reunited with my service animal on Christmas Eve. Their professionalism and care are extraordinary. A special thank you to Charlotte & Anna and the crew.
Our cats, Miso and Blu travelled from Doha to London. They are first time travellers. They were received at the HARC and I would say they were in safe hands. Cats were offered treats and they were treated really well. Staff were lovely and the whole experience went smoothly.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre team for their outstanding support and professionalism. I was stranded in Beijing for 2 days. During this very stressful travel situation, they were patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process.nBecause of their assistance, my assistance dog and I were finally able to return safely to the UK, and we are now happily back home. My dog is doing very well, and I truly appreciate the kindness, efficiency, and reassurance the team provided throughout.nnThank you again for your excellent work and genuine care for passengers and their animals.
The HARC Team are incredibly responsive and supportive as we’ve worked with them, always placing our dog’s wellbeing first. We massively appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. Their quick, informative responses have ensured we’re prepared before we travel and every person we’ve worked with greets us with a huge smile and are very enjoyable to work with. A fantastic team.
