Very congested and long walks to the gates. Unfortunately most travellers have to use it for transfers. It's a really busy terminal but still nice
Had no trouble getting our bags and on our way to our hotel. There was a convenient train line there that took us to the center of the city saving time and money.
Under staffed, Specifically the wheelchair assistants, This SERVICE should be handled with care, dignity and integrity with ultimate responsibility!!! MY MOTHER WAS MISSING AND HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THE AIRPORT SAYING CAN'T FIND HER AND THE FLIGHT IS HOLDING BACK BUT ABOUT TO DEPART.nBut in order to do this the management have to step up to ease the pressure off the staff. While I was there last night at T3 there is 1 staff to book in and lot of people to book in and someone wanting some information but one of the staff stated to explain that be patient because we are short of staff. and one think should be understood that people may have DIFFICULTIES and DISABILITIES hence they ask for ASSISTANCE, I have noticed the name of waiting passengers being WHISPERED in my opinion not called out or looked out nor Shouted out. I see them not calling the full name either. I understand the difficulties of pronunciation but should be consulting within the staff if in doubt. This job need a lot more passion because we are trusting this VERY RESPONSIBLE people and leaving our precious loved ones.n I HAVE WITNESSED SO MANY NAMES ARE BEING CALLED/WHISPERED WHISTLE THE PERSON RIGHT NEXT TO THEM OR RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT HEARING IT RIGHTnMy whole family was shocked last night with the incident and stated rushing to the airport. But had the phone call on the way that They have found her. THANK YOU TEAM BUT MAY BE NAME BOARD CAN HELP. PLEASE KINDLY HAVE ENOUGH STAFF MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
