I agree with the criticism that the reception staff can be brusque and unfriendly but the dental treatment is superb. The best dentist I have ever had. The management need to address the problem by sending the reception staff for training.

Worst experience ever... when I ended up in Eastbourne A&E the max-facial consultant felt compelled to call them and point out their incompetent work. They're rude and uncaring, worth going private to AVOID!

Didn't even get past booking a first,  private appointment.  These people are rude and care nothing for your custom. I strongly recommend avoiding them and taking your business elsewhere.
