Price too high for the quality of food and drink offered. With Cadbury Garden centre doing much better food and drink next door I'm surprised they get much business. Latte far too hot took 15 minutes to cool down massive quantity of milk tasted awful I'd rather have a Nescafe latte sachet. The lady making the drink in front of us at the counter clearly thinks pouring scalding hot milk into a cup with espresso is a latte. The banquette I ordered was weighted down by so much cheese it had separate the two halves ended up like a pizza minus the tomato. Cobwebs on the ceiling and aircon unit. Dated throughout looked like they had opened a cafe in an old dusty conservatory plus cheap furniture. My partners toastie was average neither of us drank our lattes we went next door for coffee. The only positive is the staff were friendly and polite. No flat white offered on the menu. Didn't try cakes and desserts.

Great little cafe, we had coffee and cake. The carrot cake was delicious. They have good selection of cakes and also do breakfasts, sandwiches and jackets. They were busy when we there with a 30 min wait for meals. But people didn't kind as those that came out looked good.
Went in for our sons birthday breakfast treat arrived mid morning, to find only the full English was on offer due to staff shortages however this was not a problem for us. Friendly service when ordering, good portion size good quality food. Also able to sit outside some of the area us covered. Kid-friendliness: All children welcome also kids smaller portions available. Parking: Loads of parking spaces shouldn't be a problem. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room outside, inside a little more tight but staff are very accommodating
Staff are lovely. Fabulous place. The only downside is the bacon & sausage seemed that it wasn't freshly cooked and the egg white was a little raw around the yolk. It still tasted great so haven't been put off. Also you get a great portion size for what your spending. Dog friendly in outdoor section ‍
Charming place for a relaxing drink and snack. The cake options are varied and are generous portions. We opted for a cheese and tuna and cheese and veggie sausage toasted baguette. Both were excellent. Will be visiting again very soon. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for veggies.
First visit to heather's and we must say we enjoyed our breakfast very much, will certainly go again Food: 5/5
Disappointed- I had the English all day breakfast and this was not very good - my egg had some burnt substance on it - the sausage is not real and nor is the bacon- - the cafe was extremely hot at 11:30 in the morning- the toilets had not been cleaned for a while and there was no soap in the gents - the table and chairs are plastic so not very comfortable - I noticed that the staff were busy and did not collect the dirty dishes- however my coffee and custard slice was very nice - to sum up for a coffee and cake Heathers is very good but I cant recommended the breakfast sorry
