Very happy with the work carried out by heat pumps installation. The work area once they had finished was spotless which hasn't always been the case in the past ! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

UPDATE - They seem to have gone bust ! Good riddance to a totally dishonest bunch of crooks. No doubt they will set up a new company to rip-off customers but one thing is sure they wont be selling Daikin no more. Look out for CORDOL SERVICES LIMITED, thats what they have called their new company Avoid this company like the plague. Their workmanship is appalling and they have no regard of the health and safety requirements of those affected by the systems they install. I had other contractors inspect their work and they told me it is 'the worse installation they ever saw' and that 'the workmanship is a joke'. I can give lots of examples but here are just 2 H&S examples - leak detectors in the wrong position and just plugged in to a socket. When they were told to connect them to fused spurs they left them like the photo shown - a massive loop of wire hanging out making a trip hazard - this was in my bridle suite! Next one - they started to implement remote alarm monitoring of the leak detectors. This is so our reception could be informed if there was a leak in a bedroom so that could help evacuate the guests. At some point they decided not to bother implementing the monitoring without informing me either of the need of the monitoring or of the fact they could not be bothered implementing it. They have put my guests massively at risk and showed a criminal disregard for their safety. I have been quoted £150,000 to put their system right. This is based on disconnecting all the aircon units and redoing the connecting pipework since everything HPI did was rubbish and could not be salvaged The only good news is that I have heard they could not pay wages during the summer so maybe they will not be around for much longer. BTW Daikin have been absolutely superb in supporting me and I am very impressed by them and grateful for their help and support.

Had the guys in a few months ago installing A/C into a new build. Quick turn around from the guys both pricing up and installing the kit. First time using them but will be using again 100% Thanks again!

Had the heat pump guys come and fit some ac in my office . Very pleased with there workman ship and how efficiently the job was done . Would use them On. Other projects
