Cannot recommend this place enough, as a family we have been going 8+ years. The staff have always been friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge. My dog has allergies and the staff here have advised me on diet change and done allergy testing. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
My cockapoo Alfie was suffering from very itchy ears, after getting an intolerance test a new food was recommended. Alfie is now much happier and loving his new food. Staff so helpful and knowledgable couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks.
Absolutely fantastic! We have a German Shepherd who has had stomach issues since we rescued him nine months ago. Costing an unbelievably amount in vet fees and still unable it get it under control. We were recommended to speak to Carl and have a fur test - well where do I start. It’s been 29 days now, he has been able to tell me what to feed our dog on and not always the products that are available from his store. We feel like a miracle has happened-yes there is a long way to go BUT we are at last working through the intolerance issues. May I also say that the shop sells a vast array of pet supplies not just food but beds, coats, leads, toys and the products are all at very reasonable prices too. Thank you for your help so far on our journey.
Good pet shop, all healthy dog food, good prices, very knowledgeable staff.
Carl is very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised and recommended specific products for my dogs ailments, it's two weeks later and I have seen vast improvements! Thanks Carl!
We used Healthy Options dog food for many years for our Great Dane and our Champagne GSD, both thrived on it. Several years ago we had a problem with our GSD. He kept getting the trots, so serverly we had to rush him to the Vets and thought we were going to loose him. After costing over £800 they asked what we fed him on and wanted to know what was in the food. Told them not sure, but knew there were no additives and would go and ask. Healthy Options Staff could not have been more helpful, even did a free allergy check on both dogs. They told us it was rice he was allergic too. Cost us nothing! The Vet was going to do more tests and he would’ve been put on medication. Now he’s on the sweet potato mix instead of the rice mix. Healthy happy dog. Thank you all at Heathy Options. I can not recommend you enough.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have just witnessed the Blackpool shop owner or manager verbally abuse and physically assault a customer... Why? A customer carrying a medical excemption card walked into the shop without a mask... A shocking thing to see... Avoid at all costs.
Friendly staff, great advice sorted out my dogs skin condition. Staff couldn't be any more helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else.
The shop is lovely and clean. Has a good variety of pet products. The guy who owns it is very helpful and friendly. There's a loyalty system
Quick visit just to check prices but seem very fair
