What an amazing experience we have had buying our new pet, Willoughby the bearded dragon. From the first time I contacted Mal and the team, they have provided 5-star customer service, explaining everything I needed, guiding me on how to care for our pet and making sure we got an amazing deal! It is clear to see that the staff here love the animals and want to make sure they have the best habitat in their new homes. We didn't ever feel rushed and left the shop feeling confident and ready to care for Willoughby. Even the after care service is excellent, with reassurance that if we ever need any help, a quick message and the team will help us with whatever we need. Customer service like this isn't very common nowadays, but I would absolutely recommend Grinning Gecko to all of my friends!
Got my bearded dragon a month ago, shes so lovely and healthy! Very helpful staff, you can tell they care for their reptiles.
Absolutely over the moon with Smaug my new Beardy, hes really sociable already and a beautiful Citrus Tiger Blue Bar Leatger Back Morph. Mal and his staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as a first time Beardy owner, i left the shop feeling confident in the info he had given me but also know that Mal's only a phonecall or message away if i have ANY questions or concerns. The shop is always clean and tidy, we purchased a Gecko last year from Mal for my daughter, so are regular visitors, and i always enjoy looking at the other reptiles which are so well looked after and have loads of enrichment in their environments. I would HIGHLY recommend if you're thinking about becoming a reptile owner to go to Mal at The Grinning Gecko.

Excellent store, picked up a few bits we needed. All vivs and tanks were immaculate, next visit will probably be for another addition to my reptile collection.

Great store very active on social media and only deals with captive bred reptiles...which is very important! Mal and his team got me some great little geckos. Advice, sales and aftercare is incredible.. and if you need anything these are now my go to reptile store!! Thanks again Mal and team
Amazing gem of a pet shop highly recommend to anyone going in and having a look. Great staff so friendly and helpful. Great prices and beautiful selection of animals and everything you would need. 100% will be telling everyone about this lovely pet shop and will be coming back
