I was very impressed with the efficiency of all staff in this difficult covid situation. Everyone, from the man who greeted us at the door and gave out masks, right through to the triage nurse and the nurse who saw me were friendly and positive. In fact, although it is a hospital there was a reassuring upbeat feeling all around. Well done! And Thank You!
