I order Health Emporium's own brand of tissue salts online and have been very pleased with them - they work as well as the New Era products but at a lower price. I have also been very pleased with the service and delivery and have recommend these tissue salts to friends and family.
Saw a few bad reviews after I ordered but I can say they weren’t wrong. Ordered Tuesday told Thursday after contacting them why I haven’t received tracking they said it will be with me by Friday it’s now Saturday just had an email saying shipping is 5th which is two weeks after my order, obviously didn’t have the stock but advertised as they have il jeep people updated on refund as I anticiapate more problems. Won’t order here again
Dont dare to order from this unprofessional scammers. I paid 35$ waited over month and half, then got message the order can't be delivered open request for refund, refunded 18$ only.
It was my first visit and I am.happy to say I was greeted by a pleasant member of staff named Tamsin. The shop has a vast selection of products. I visited to pick up a few of my health supplement and I am pleased to say I found what I went into the shop for.
I used to shop here in person for years because there was always such a wide choice of quality products and the staff are always very well informed and helpful but I moved away recently so I tried ordering online. The experience was just as good. It was simple and i got the order very quickly, with not too much packaging and the use of a recycled box so eco conscientious as well :
I had a small problem when no credit card went through so I rang the UK No. and Andrew Lowe was on the other end, He was very professional and helpful. I received the products here in Australia about 1 week ago and my wife if very happy with the product. So Happy Wife, Happy Life. I have no hesitation to use Health Emporium again if it is required. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional staff who are personable, friendly, caring and who go out of their way to help customers. They provide great advice and recommend products suitable to our needs. A wide and ever expanding product range. If something is out of stock, it is usually in store quickly and many are items unobtainable elsewhere in Hitchin or beyond. A big 'Thank you' to you all from a very grateful customer.
