Eat Clean Cuisine was established in early 2016 when Myles Smethurst opened his first restaurant in Warrington. Following a hugely successful first 12 months he is now looking to expand his business to other parts of the Northwest.
Myles has been a Chef for 18 years, he trained with Paul Heathcote, Gary Rhodes, Marco Pierre White and The Juniper 1 star.
