I am so pleased with my decision to train with Health by Science. Ross is an exceptional personal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach that includes both physical and psychological components. He is also very accommodating, encouraging, and remarkably patient.

I would whole heartedly recommend Health by Science. They have a a depth of knowledge that I have never experienced with other trainers. Their knowledge of physical sciences, as well as the psychology of motivation puts them in a unique position of being able to help you physically, mentally and emotionally. Stuart has helped me get over my injuries and helped with the hard work of changing my habits and lifestyle. And he does this with a lot of compassion and good humour. Love my training sessions - something I never thought I'd say!

Thoroughly recommend the Health by Science team. Stuart makes the sessions interesting and fun and he's a very fair task master. He's very knowledgeable on many aspects of exercise and can offer valuable advice on the best way to prevent or overcome injury (very useful when you reach a certain age!). Very approachable with a good sense of humour which makes the sessions seem easier. Hope he doesn't read the 'easier' word otherwise I'll be doing dead treads!!

I needed a lifestyle change. With a trainer I can make it to the gym but sleep and nutrition have been a problem for most of my adult life. Health by science offered me help with all of the above. 
They change the content of the gym sessions every six weeks keeping it fresh and engaging and they can show you the progress you have made. 
My sleep and nutrition have improved thanks to them and no matter what, they always find the positives which help you stay motivated and encouraged to make the changes to get the results you want 
Their knowledge is current and they can answer all my questions which I found really refreshing.
They are also very accommodating with times that work around my shift pattern.
Altogether I am really grateful for their support   and I would highly recommend the Health by Science experience.

I cannot recommend Stuart from Health By Science enough. I've not been doing a lot of physical activity over the last few years so decided to make an effort and try. I contacted Stuart who explained the best course of action for me over an 8 week period. As a result, I'm fitter and happier with myself. Should have done this years ago.
