My Wife visited as a birthday present following the birth of our daughter, Headstart were supposed to do a cut and pop in some streaks of color into her hair, The cut was lovely, the color was, well for all we know they just put washing up liquid in her hair, her hair is unsatisfactory, and what was meant to be a treat has turned into a punishment! Upon complaining to the hairdressers we were told "she knew the risks" and then were hung up on! my wife received a refund for the color that didn't happen, but that's it, and was made to feel an inch big, ultimately, their score is 0% for colors, and 0% for customer service!!
