Sarah did an amazing job with my hair!! Fantastic colour cut and tone. I would highly recommend booking in with her HOWEVER I felt extremely pressured and unease at having to rewrite a form by the manager. It felt like being back at school, and once I had filled in the form which according to the manager ‘would be used if I took the salon to court’ (which obviously didn’t fill me with confidence), I then felt terrible as the manager took Sarah to the side (completely in ear shot) and told her off for not ensuring the form was correctly filled in. I felt awful and that I had gotten Sarah into trouble. Sarah handled it all perfectly. Other than the rotten atmosphere and myself feeling uncomfortable and uneasy, the hair cut and colour was perfect.

Booked through Andrea for mother of the groom, bridesmaid and friend to have hair done on morning of wedding at St Giles House, Wimborne St Giles. The service was exemplary - accommodating and very professional. Kat did my hair and it is was was really lovely - 'a BIG thank you' to Andrea, Kat and staff.

Went to Riva Hair today for the first time for balayage, for the first time. Sarah did an amazing job and consulted me throughout the whole process! I was so happy and when I arrived home my husband raved about my hair - the colour and the cut. A lovely little salon, unpretentious and just committed to doing amazing hair. Well done and thank you Sarah, I'll be back.

Just been in for my first visit. The lovely Sarah has done an amazing job, went in looking like I’d been pulled through a hedge backwards! Came out feeling fab! Thank you Sarah and see you soon 🤗

Tried them based on their fantastic deal for new customers via their website, and it was backed up by thoroughly professional and attentive staff. My partner will definitely be using Riva for cut and highlights again!
