Have used Head2Toe twice now and they are now my 'go to' physiotherapist. The latest visit was for a hamstring tear whilst out cycling on a 40 mile ride. Using their online booking system, I was able to get an appointment just 2 days after the ride. At the appointment a detailed assessment was carried out, of both what happened on the ride and my general overall condition. As it transpired it took just one visit to assess the hamstring tear, expertly tape it up, and send me on my way with detailed instructions of how to self recover. This worked perfectly as 2 days later, mindful of what we discussed, I was able to ride a hilly 35 mile road route. Have since ridden a further 80 miles of mixed hills (Ide Hill in Kent being one of them) with absolutely no repercussions of the issue. Highly recommended!

I can't say I'm an expert on physios but I'll tell you the team at Head2Toe Crawley have definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn't want acupuncture or pain relief I wanted proper physical physio to help with a nagging Achilles tendon injury. I even insisted on talking to a physio (Mel) to get all my questions answered before I chose who to go with. Well it's 6 weeks later and 7 sessions in and I'm pleased I chose Mel, Gareth and the team here. My Achilles has made great progress and I'm walking without pain and can see I will be able to run again. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Mel and Gareth were brilliant after I had an accident at work. The treatment was excellent and the facilities are very good. Money well spent. Keep it up guys.

Fantastic service Gareth fixed a long standing knee issue within a few months he has worked wonders and made a real difference to my life! Always a pleasure to go for the appointments and have a chat as well!

10/10. Excellent advise and quick analysis of a problem that had been bothering me for weeks. Can already see positive results from the rehabilitation suggestions given. Would thoroughly recommend to any sports person seeking treatment of complicated injury or mobility issue
