Highly recommend! I bring my special needs boy at least once a week, and if we don't come we miss it! Very spacious, decor fab, lots to keep the kids entertained, food absolutely outstanding. Sensory room and interactive play area is our fave so far, can't wait to explore more as my boy gets older, all staff seem happy and happy to assist with anything. 5*
We had the most wonderful experience celebrating Farah and Ayla Noor’s birthday at Head Over Heels, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ava Rose!nnShe was truly an amazing host from start to finish — warm, organized, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made the girls feel so special and made sure every little detail was taken care of. The party ran smoothly, the kids were engaged and happy the entire time, and we as parents were able to relax and actually enjoy the celebration.nnThank you for making it such a beautiful and stress-free day — we couldn’t have asked for a better host!
We had a brilliant experience hosting our daughter’s birthday party at Head Over Heels Wilmslow. Everything was organised really well and ran smoothly from start to finish.nA special thank you to Emily and Polly, who looked after both the children and parents so well. They were friendly, engaging and attentive throughout, making sure everything was on time and that everyone had what they needed. They did an amazing job keeping the children involved and making the party feel special.nOur daughter had a fantastic time, and so did all of her friends. The cake was lovely, and the food was much better than we expected too. I would definitely recommend Head Over Heels for a children’s birthday party - a great, stress-free experience for parents and lots of fun for the children!
We visited the Wilmslow site on Saturday 15th August with our 2 kids and our cousin with their 2 kids and we were so impressed with the setup and processes in place to make the entire experience as easy as possible! The play areas are really well laid out and thought out, especially the baby area and the food ordering and service was great too. We received further exceptional service from one of the newer members of the team there unfortunately I did not catch her name, but remember she was from Perth and enjoyed a lovely conversation with her too about Perth and the move to UK who was so helpful with serving our 7 meals and then clearing up after and providing plates and foil to pack our remaining food to take home! Will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Manchester!
Lovely soft play. Wish the imagination area shop bit was open to slightly older kids too - my 5 year old would have loved to play in that bit.nnLovely helpful staff. Big thank you to Pasha for being so helpful and amazing.nnClean place, nice sitting area. Sensory rooms were nice.nnOnly downside was the food could be better. Pizza wasn't that great. And quite pricey for a soft play.
