The facilities are fantastic. The food is really good. The kids chicken meal was better than most takeaways (quality wise). The only thing that held me from giving five stars is the price for the that you pay including kids meals is for 2 hours only. Would recommend changing that to 3 hours at least but overall a great place

Very Nice, clean, well thought out with lots for all ages. Food is very good for a soft play centre. It is pretty expensive though and the cost is for the whole time you are in the building not just the time spent playing (if you have lunch) once you go over your slot you're charged every 15 minutes.

I visited this play centre for the first time on Wednesday and was surprised to see so many things going on for the kids age 5 and under. It was a valentine's event especially for the under 5's and I was blown away with everything that went on. First was the show with the costume character (Eva I think her name was) and the singing and dancing was perfect for my 3 year old who was singing and dancing for the whole show. She is usually a really shy little girl but the gentleman hosting the show was fantastic with the kids. Then we joined in on the arts and crafts activities and we made lots of different valentine's inspired crafts and finally we joined in with the cookie decorating And finally after staying for nearly 5 hours we had to go pick my eldest child up from school. I visited again on Saturday and it was very very busy and at first I couldn't find a seat but After asking the gentleman who did the kids show on my previous visit he was happy to help us find a table. The staff did their best to keep the older kids from the under 3's area but I couldn't believe how rude some parents were being to the staff who were only trying to enforce the rules and keep the babies safe. On this visit my older son had an amazing time and I hardly saw him as there was so much for him to do. I visited again today and once again the staff were very cheery and approachable and my kids love all the added extras like the shows and crafts. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and if you want a fun relaxed day out with your kids I'd definitely recommend this play centre.

Absolutely love this place! It's great for the kids. So much to do with one of the biggest play frames I've ever seen and also trampolines and racing cars and a disco room. Every time I take my kids they can play for hours and I will happily sit in the cafe drinking coffee and eating cake. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and Steven and chloe who do the kids shows are fantastic too. They have the perfect personalities and my kids can't wait to see them and also Eva the diva. I have to ask when either of them are working so I can plan our days just for the kids to say hi. The arts and crafts are always fun and it changes every day so they are not making the same things day in and day out. Evelyn from the cafe is always really friendly too and even remembers my order which is the special touch that makes this place so appealing. I'd give this play centre 10 stars out of 5 if u could! Definitely recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Came here for the 1st time with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. Slight more exspensive but worth it. So much to do and they loved it. The food is fresh with a good variety. Will definitely come back again.
