Beautiful little place, stopped by during a visit to Manchester to keep the 5 year old entertained. It was a Sunday 12pm, was not busy, great vibe inside, the little one loved it. It's a little smaller compared to some of those industrial ones you come come cross.nnAll the soft play areas were top notch clean, and even the bathroomstrust me on thisIt was very clean. The cafe upstairs was nice, cozy and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
We had an absolutely fantastic time with our one-year-old here! The experience was beyond our expectations. Our baby was thrilled from the moment we arrived, wandering around with curiosity and excitement. She loved practicing her walking and even tried to climb, all while we felt reassured about her safety.nnthe place is very clean, everything was spotless. It’s not just a place for kids, even as parents, we found it incredibly enjoyable.nnThe dining area is great. We tried the baby meal deal, and our little one loved it! We also treated ourselves to coffee and cake.
I can’t say enough great things about Caitlin at Head Over Heels. She was so kind, dedicated and understanding throughout the whole duration of the party that she provided to my son.nnThe package was amazing. It included snacks, a meal, service a room and a lounge area for the parents near the party room. They played Disney music through the whole time. Caitlin also entertained the children for a good period of time, allowing me to speak with other parents and actually enjoy my son’s 4th birthday. We had such a lovely time, I cried a little on the ride home because it was so lovely to see my son happy and thrilled about the whole event.nnI wanted to give her a BIG THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. You don’t know how much it meant to me. I wish I had cash to tip her and I’ll be back to make sure I do. She went above and beyond my expectations and I’ll recommend this place to anyone looking to host their children party here. Everyone had a great time, especially the children nnThey even allowed me to hid his bike we got him for his birthday and that was extra special. Thank you for everything.nn Claire, Patrick & William
Lovely place, the kids loved it, plenty for them to explore and enjoy. The staff are amazing, the eating place downstairs is spacious, and Lindsey was an absolute angel, exceptional customer service!nnOnly downside is very limited parking.n5 stars still
One of the best play centres we have been toonThe price is really good for the unlimited school day sessionnMy little boy loved it took him for his birthdaynStaff was lovely! Especially the lady doing the crafts and kids singing activity with hairynFood was good value for money but the snacks & drinks were a lot but this is the same at most play centrenDefinitely be back in the future & was worth the taxi journey 100%nHonestly all the staff are a credit to the place they was really helpful & polite
