Head for NO WHERE ELSE!
Jamie and team are just pure professionals, nothing taken granted or taken for a ride! They report back in 100% transparency, offer first class advice and fair and reasonable charges. They deserve full credit for a first class business they run - thanks chaps.

I've been visiting Head for the Hills for several years now. In fact I still make a point of popping in to see them when I am in the area despite now living about 120 miles away. Why? Because the team at the shop are fantastic and really know what they are doing. Because they stand by the products they sell (recently helping warranty a bike I bought from them 18 months or so ago). Because they have a great range of products, happily offer you tea or coffee while you're in the shop and are genuine sport enthusiasts. This is not the sort of place where you walk in and feel intimidated; they cater for the whole range of cyclists - from novices through to obsessives (like me!). Road bike, leisure bike or mountain bike, Dan and his team will have you covered.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well worth a trip!

An absolutely brilliant bike shop. Knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. As well as excellent scheduled jobs, they’ve twice now they've rescued me. The first time during Ride London 2016 when I started to regularly lose my chain going into the big ring. I managed to get to Head For The Hills who sorted me out in 5 minutes and only charged me for parts.  The second time was last weekend after an hour into a planned weekend riding the Surrey Hills with a friend who'd travelled from across the country. Roger and his team completely surpassed anything I could have hoped for to not only fix my bike - which wasn't a quick job - but get me back on the road and save my weekend in the meantime. They then capped it all off by going out of their way to offer me an option to save money on the repair. I really can't praise them enough. Interesting too that telling a cycling friend from Essex about this recently- he was also full of praise for them, having himself been rescued by them a couple of times during Sportives and receiving brilliant service both times. Glad that your great reputation is deservedly spreading wide.
