In general, it's a lovely train station. It's really nice to see real people working there and that are polite and interact with customers. It was delays when I travelled but I saw one of the best and the politest interaction with a group of people and a train driver who was due to take over the delayed train and instead of ignoring them when they had questions, he politely stood there. He answered them and he said I'm working on it to make sure that we can stop there because several stops on that particular train that was due to come in had been cancelled and he could see the problems that were unfolding with the amount of people that were waiting. Within about 10 minutes there was an announcement to say that they'd managed to add that stop back in. That was somebody who stood. Who listened to people who had been waiting for quite a while and went off to see what was possible. The one thing that was deeply irritating is that their announcement tannoids went off every single time to give you information either just as a train was leaving the station or just as a train was pulling in. So it was incredibly difficult to hear what was being said. Even the conductor on the platform started to give announcements and then was almost finished with the announcement as there was a lot of noise going on. So nobody really was able to hear what was happening or what was being said. That needs to be sorted. It's incredibly bad timing and it was every single time a train came in every single a train pulled away. They would start a tannoid announcement which was then impossible for anybody to hear what was fully being said that needs to be corrected.
Lovely train station with most of the facilities. fully disabled wheelchair access toilets and elevators. Big staff team and most of helpful and friendly. Cab pick up / drop off point at the entrance. a big Waitrose next to train station. This station being served by Southern, Gatwick and ThamesLink. Overall a good station.
Clean and tidy railway station with helpful staff. Easy access to taxis outside and Waitrose and Sainsbury's are easy to get to if you need to pick up any food shop etc.
The train station is somewhat clean. Many taxis there waiting in the front. Frequent train service to London and Gatwick airport.nnThere are a florist shop and a Waitrose at the station.
A pleasant country station with four platforms. Haywards Heath is well staffed with good facilities. Most trains on the Brighton mainline stop here. During service disruption many stop here. There are good onward taxis, if a little pricey.
