If I said I had been going to Hayward Lane for the last 21 years, for my hair, nails, and other treatments, I think you might quess that I really love going there. All the staff are caring and it is lovely to see them look after each other as well as myself.
Very professional service and all the hairdressers are so lovely. Highly recommend!

Fantastic cut, friendly staff highly recommend.
I turned up for my appointment and got turned away because the lady who was supposed to be cutting my hair had gone home. The lady who was looking after the salon wasn't apologetic in the slightest but did offer to te-book...no thanks. I don't think they understand that people have to rearrange work hours etc to fit in these appointments. Absolute time wasters. I will not be returning. Poor customer service. Not professional in the slightest. One phone call would have been sufficient.
So pleased with my hair, Tori has totally transformed my hair she knew exactly what i wanted , lovely, friendly atmosphere
This is the best hairdresser very friendly I would recommend to anyone good priced to
