Very polite and patient. Found us a perfect holiday. We found a cheap holiday for self catering 6 days. The lady  called Lorna  kept searching and found us a holiday for 7 days all inclusive for the same price.  Parking is opposite and easy access for wheelchairs. Will definitely go again.

Money exchange Staff all helpful and friendly

Recently used the money exchange, Susan was fantastic, very helpful and professional, brilliant customer service.

Absolutely dreadful a guy named raj was dealing with my flight and I gave him a deposit next thing you know he has blocked my number and I cannot get it back I am absolutely disgusted with the service I didn't even want to give this a one star be ready for my solicitor and police to get involved in this

All the staff here are really nice and friendly and they always help sort out your problems and answer any questions that you may have and the staff always make you welcome and feel at ease and i would recommend to use here if you want to book a holiday.

Couldn't have been more helpful when we had to change our booking because of new restrictions.  Thanks to Lorna and Sharon. Can't thank them enough

We had two holidays last year booked by hays travel and the staff are so good and very helpful both me and paul are disabled and thy booked assistance for us at the airport can’t fault jet 2 thy where fantastic nothing was to much for them to help us get to the plane so the other day we went down to booked for Christmas next year in Benidorm and thy even but everything in place but what a surprise paul decided to booked a surprise for my birthday in May we are off to Majorca for ten days .a massive thank you to Hayes travel and jet 2 and all the staff at Leeds Bradford airport for all the care and attention thy give us nothing to much for them.
