We booked a 50th birthday celebration holiday for 15 of us to Corfu with Lindsey.  As expected with such a large group, it wasn't an easy task for lindsey however she was patient and helpful with us all. Lindsey went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for this celebration holiday for us all.  I will definitely use Hayes Travel/ lindsey for future holidays as it was a good experience.  Thankyou from all of us.

I telephoned at 9.35 on Saturday 1st July the phone rang and rang when someone finally answered she said she was working in her own and would call me back, again I waited and waited and no return call came so decided to go somewhere else, Hays travel have missed out on a cruise holiday sale because nobody called me back, maybe some more staff might be a good idea?

The team at Hays in Stamford are amazing. They have looked after me and my holidays for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They really do go above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough!!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Unfortunately, my holiday was cancelled due to Covid, but the team at Stamford kept me updated and have managed to process my refund in such a short amount of time considering the current situation we are in.
