I gave it a one star to say on how rude the driver was so rude being disrespectful towards me and my girlfriend earlier on in the day he drove straight past us and waved when he was clearly in service and when my girlfriend gave him a 10 pound note on he night it was the same man he sighed and stared straight at her and she said sorry he snatched it off her and banging the till when he done it and then when the drive was over I asked ‘sir what’s you name’ he said that doesn’t concern you so I said ok can I take a picture of you and he started covering his face because I wanted to complain but I don’t know his name he’s a fat man shaved face and drives the cardea/Dogsthorpe bus I use the buds every other day and spend a lot of money overall on the company and I’ve never been treated with Fido respect That was the first ever bus ride I haven’t said Thankyou when leaving the bus abousletely discussted!

Yesterday at just after nine I was waiting (15 mins) for the citi5 bus to Dogsthorpe. 
The Welland one came first and the Dogsthorpe was behind it. Because of  the crush of studnts going to the college I could not get out of the door and the bus sudenly just went straight off without picking up anyone.
On Friday, (being new to the Dogsthorpe area), I asked the driver on the bus which one I should get to get closest to Acacia Avenue, did he got to Western Avenue, he said he didn't know the name of the roads! Just that he went to Dogsthorpe!  Even I could tell that from the front of the bus!
