I give one star because the buses do not run on time, sometimes they are canceled at the last minute, there is no advance information.     Regardless of whether people go to and from work, they transfer to another bus or train.    On bus no. 2 some drivers are very rude, on June 23 I was returning by bus no.   2, it was hot and muggy from Quensgate, 19:05, departure towards Paston.    After pressing the stop button, the driver did not stop, even though other drivers were not causing any problems.    He stopped much further away.    When I talked to him, he treated me badly and closed the door in my face.    I will only say one thing: karma comes back and such people should be rejected immediately.    Bad example for the company.    Regards .

Not very reliable and most of the time the busses are dirty, I've had many times where the bus had left 5-10 minutes early and I've had to wait another hour or get a taxi. The busses often don't turn up at all. If you need to get somewhere using these services I would suggest getting the bus before the one you need to be on time as you never know. The driver are quite often rude and don't have great customer service skills but some drivers are actually alright and are nice to you.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Don’t know how you can provide a service so appalling and inefficient. Buses are never on time. Bus drivers are awfully unfriendly. Garbage company that should be replaced with a better alternative.

Trying to support local bus service. Waiting at Peterborough railway station for 19:15 X4. No show. Went to bus station, bus parked, lights out, noone to ask. Sign shows 1 minute for last 20 mins so far. Clearly cancelled but still showing on app as on time. Things happen but if I knew, I could have arranged lift. Never again, Adios Stagecoach

As a Bus  driver my return to work interview was good and reassuring. The wiping down of the touch points, correct change only or contact lenses payment and of course compulsory masks  make me feel a lot safer.

App is useless, buses cancelled and not updated, Stafecoach not bothered. And when drivers change it can be painful and slow to watch.

Helpful and polite staff will use again hope the fairs stay low.

Moved to a "sustainable" timetable however multiple Cancellations daily which seems to always handed to the same routes. Complained numerous times via email and phone but all you get is a sorry and they will tell the area manager. These cancellations end up not only delaying people and connections but seriously over crowded buses at peak times. I know like today accidents means routes are closed but this is usually isn't the case. Surely if this new timetables isn't working then create one that does.

Hottest day of year and cancelled buses at hottest time of the day. Standing at a bus stop for 30 minutes in this heat is beyond especially when you see 3 in the opposite direction. Poor service! And now a week later previous bus running early showed as due several .minutes after it hsd gone and 11.34 cancelled again. Service gets worse.

I will be contacting you for a refund for my monthly megrider. Your service is shocking to say the least, busses cancelled everytime during peak times It's absolutely disgusting! £58 a month I pay and this month I have had to get more taxies then busses because your service is incapable of running smoothly!
