Welcome to Hays Travel Darlington Centre. We are a brand new branch as of December 2013. I am very proud to manage this branch and I have a very knowledgeable team of 8 who are all passionate about travel. We all delight in going the extra mile to provide our many new and returning customers their dream holiday.

I have personally worked within the travel industry for 9 years gaining various experiences of all holiday destinations, from short haul to Caribbean holidays I have been extremely lucky to gain the experiences I have. Between me and all my team we have had first-hand experiences of various destinations.

Hays Travel is the UK’s largest Independent travel agency. Our independence means we offer you impartial advice, searching a huge choice of operators to get you a great deal. We offer all types of holidays, including UK breaks, bargain beach getaways, cruises and tailor-made, long-haul travel.

Let me tell you more about my team:-

Lucy – Lucy is my right hand woman as my assistant manager; she is here to help me in day to day running of the shop to ensure your experience within branch is one to remember! Lucy has personally travelled long-haul and short haul. She would say her favourite holiday destination for the sunshine is Turkey.

Matthew – Matthew is one of our intermediate consultants. He specialises in cruise holidays. Matthew is commodore and captain status on his entire cruise training which the highest level is. From queries about Mediterranean cruises to around the world cruising, Matthew is the guy for you. He would say his favourite ship is the brand new Anthem of the Seas.

Clare – Clare is also one of our senior consultants. Clare has worked within the industry for many years. Clare is excellent at Worldwide Escorted tours, from grand tours of Europe to Canadian Rockies tours. If you are looking for an unusual holiday exploring many places in one holiday, Clare can advise you of the best itinerary’s out there to suit your personal needs.

Alice – Alice is our recently qualified travel consultant. She is the queen of bargain holidays. She finds all the last minute deals for the branch. Alice also looks after our Facebook site, promoting our exclusive deals and industry information updates to keep all our customers up to date.

Ebonie – Ebonie is our first year apprentice. She specialises in all UK breaks from coach holidays to rail breaks. Whether you are looking for a hotel spa break or caravan break for the family she can package this together for you.

Laura – Laura is our foreign exchange consultant. Laura is the lady to advise you of the best way to carry your money abroad, from currencies such as euros to Australian dollars, or whether it is recommended for you to take a Currency wallet on holiday with you. She has all the information you need to make sure you receive a great exchange rate to making sure your money is safe. She stocks all major currencies and should you find her without, she can order this in for you to ensure you do not have a long wait.
