Steve from Hayes Aerials called this morning to check why our television picture was breaking up. We really thought an aerial would need replacing, but thanks to Steve the problem was sorted very quickly when he identified the cause as being due to the chromecast plug behind the television. Great news for us! Steve was "Simply the Best"! He was a real professional. He was polite and friendly. He spent some time checking out the TV stations and then explained to me what the problem was. Thankfully I called the right man - what a relief when you take your chance in today's world! The television is perfect again! I would just like to add that Steve was only too pleased to have found the problem even though it meant for him a small charge only.

Steve was brilliant. Professional, honest, and genuine. Didn't try and sell me anything. Was open about pricing and wouldn't take any extra even though he did extra. Couldn't recommend any harder. Fantastic.

I've used Hayes Aerials 2 or 3 times over the last 38 years. I noticed last night that my aerial had fallen off the chimney stack and rang Steve at Hayes first thing this morning. The service was excellent: Steve told me he could visit today and promised to call me at work so that I did not have to take time off. The old aerial was quickly removed and a new aerial installed and all at a very competitive price. Without being asked, Steve removed his shoes in the house and made sure that any dust was immediately removed. A first class job - a company I would highly recommend.
