Nice, friendly and an informative salesman. I have marked this down as although we made an appointment for a test drive we found that the vehicle of our choice was out of charge. We did get our test drive and enjoyed the car. The salesman was very apologetic re their oversight. It hasn't put us off the car, it just seemed unprofessional after making an appointment.
Have given 4 stars as there are a few things that can be improved.nThe service work on car cannot be faulted, and that is the important reason for the visit.nItems worth improving are,nToilets are up stairs, disability access facilities would be better.nParking, no spaces available so meant causing a bit of a restriction.nWhen booking service no time was given for duration of work, if I had been aware of this I would not have waited in the showroom which is comfy and has a decent coffee machine but made other arrangements.
My VW Taigo was due it's MOT and I had it collected and returned to my home for which Iam very grateful. A few days after the car developed another fault for which it needed a part,a few days later it was repaired.During my visits this past few days I was treated with the greatest courtesy by the receptionist as well as Margaret at car sales and not forgetting the service staff who kept me up to date with the repair.Thank you to you all.
Car in for MOT got back washed and looking good following week in to get couple new tyres again all washed and looking great, thank you Morganne job well done much appreciated
