Generally a great experience using the click and collect service with this branch. I had dealt with Scott Ward who was great. Unfortunately, there were some lapses in communication during the buying and transport process but only really a minor inconvenience. Scott also arranged for a paint repair to the Bonnet and one wheel, which was great. Although, there was also a scuff on the passenger wheel arch, which would’ve been great if it was repaired to avoid the metal corroding. Other than this I’m very happy with my new car and the experience with all the staff during the process.
Very happy with all the help me and my wife got when going in for a new car. Derek Stephen was brillant and made everything very easy for us and got everything sorted for us! Thanks again & will definatly be back.
Posting this review on behalf of my partner Danielle. We had a 10/10 experience dealing with Scott he was absolutely amazing. He found us the best finance deal possible and even settled our old finance without us having to do a thing. We were in our new car less than 48 hours after contacting him. Will definitely be using again and 1000% recommend.
Scott Ward the General Manager was amazing from the start and even after the sale. Being a first time buyer I didn’t have much experience in dealing with such business but Scott made it so easy. He answered all of my questions and always made me feel respected and valued. Communication with Arnold Clark was fantastic! Emails where responded to quickly. The Branch itself was lovely and easy to find. Other staff from the store also very helpful and friendly. I would 100% return to buy a car from Arnold Clark, Peterhead! Thanks again
Needed a tyre replaced urgently. Friendly and efficient customer service. Tyre replaced quickly for a very fair price. They made a note of an issue with my exhaust that I know will need fixed at some point soon - they advised how they would fix it and how much it would cost a lot more practical/ cheaper than another garage I had gone to. Not only that, they also cleaned my car and topped up windscreen wash. Overall an excellent experience - thanks guys!
What a great team we are lucky to have in Peterhead. This is my third car I have bought through the branch, and the service just gets better and better. From the front of house receptionist, to the service and sales team, I cannot fault them. Great experience again, keep up the good work.
Just changed two of our cars with Arnold Clark, Peterhead again. The family all buy their cars there and they have never failed us on deals or after sales service. We deal with a lady sales person, Veronika, and she looks after us perfectly. Excellent branch with excellent staff.
Absolutely outstanding service. Derek Stephen was so helpful every step through the process. The videos were great, all questions were answered promptly, all queries and issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Post sale communication was excellent. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Positive experience as usual. Derek was able to offer a good deal in a pleasant and informative manner. The car has arrived, and we are really pleased with our purchase. This is the sixth car we have purchased from Arnold Clark, Peterhead. No more need be said.
The service I have received from everyone working here has been impeccable. Makes me wish I was able to buy two cars from them instead of just the one! Top quality customer service from start to finish and I will certainly be back in touch when I decide to upgrade again.
