If you haven't already visited Have To Love, you must! The store is an experience in itself, with amazing decor and style. The Staff are all very approachable and friendly, even offering you a coffee or prosecco etc whilst you browse and try on. They also give great style advice and help you to pick out pieces that are perfect for you. The range of clothing is fantastic, really individual pieces you cant find anywhere else on the high street and at really affordable prices too. They also have a website, so even if you cant make it into the boutique you can shop whilst on the move or from home.
Have To Love is the best independent retailer in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The customer service in store and online is impeccable. All clothes are on trend, affordable and great quality. There is always something new on offer and the owner continues to develop her business to suit her market. The atmosphere is very friendly. Coffee or drinks are served and a personal service is offered to help you choose your style. Nothing is a problem. Once you enter this boutique I can guarantee you will always return. Highly recommended it .
Absolutely shocking customer service. I have bought clothes from here for years and up until now have never had to take an item back. I called into the store as a wrap shirt I had bought for work had broken whilst I was wearing it for the first time. The string used to wrap the shirt had come away from the fabric so was obviously not secured very well. I expected a no problem attitude and a refund however the owner was both incredibly rude and insulting! She told me the shirt was not faulty and that I had clearly been to rough with it. I am appalled at the lack of customer service!! I have spent a lot of money in this store but she clearly does not value loyal customers! On top of this, when I looked at my original receipt she had also charged me £10 more for the top than was in the ticket!! I will never shop here again as when something is faulty it seems she doesn’t want to know!
Warning do not shop online with havetolove. Don’t do it! I would give minus a star if I could. What an awful experience and mistreatment of a first time customer. The owner only cares about taking your money but not about responding to you as a paying customer or refunding you. After several emails - no replies so I have now formally raised a claim to get my refund. Item took 3 weeks to arrive despite being sent by 48 hour courier two days before. Dress was far too small more like an 8-10 than 12 then radio silence when I requested a refund- no one picks up the phone line no replies to emails. So if you want to end up in the same regretful situation as me go ahead and order something online....
Have to love always has a varied range of clothing available. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable . The shop is beautifully decorated and the seasonal offers are great! Always a pleasure girls x
Love this shop! The customer service is excellent nothing is too much trouble. The clothes are always a little bit different and well priced for the quality A perfect place to treat yourself!
I’ve always found plenty to buy in this boutique and think the prices are quite reasonable . If you want quality clothing then get yourself in and have a look. It’s all good stuff, very welcoming and Kate is truly beautiful, also very helpful.
I’ve been made to feel like a million pounds in this store it’s great, I was spoilt for choice ended up buying 3 jumpers Instead 1 from the fabulous Kate, she couldn’t have helped anymore, perfect customer service and what a lovely shop! Will definitely be back!

I had a very bad experience the sizing of the garment was wrong I returned the item and they refused the parcel so I lost all my money I am in the area next week so I will be paying them a visit
