Great lodge stayed over Christmas had family visit so we didn't get out much but lovely place.
Not much to see and weather doesn't help if raining. Woods go miles if you like walking
lovely location, great local town Reepham, with superb pubs, hotels to eat in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and hot tub, clean and well kept. Dog friendly and amazingly clean, you'd never know dogs were allowed. Asked for a hose and towels for the dogs after a particularly muddy walk, all provided promptly. Will definitely go back.
Mixed residential and holiday lets site. Most residents were fine but some refused to make eye contact, obviously not liking holiday makers. Two fishing lakes on site but some of the fish were diseased. Overall a nice quiet site within easy reach of decent inns, walks and attractions.
Lovely park. Lodge no 9 lakeside was a beautiful spacious lodge. Over looking the lake. Sadly the ensuite shower was very dirty and not a weeks dirt but months of scum drain blocked with hairs . Had not been cleaned when we were expecting a deep clean because of covid 19. Bedding and pillows poor quality. Fishing very poor one Lake void of fish and the other covered in weed. Norwich a lovely place to visit, but if you are going just for fishing you will be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay. Quite remote, very interesting history of Haveringland Hall and country park. Quite chilly inside accommodation, so consider paying extra for heating.
Looks an amazing place for a holiday or as a home. TheMobile home site is a very large site but very pleasantly spaced
Lovely location - lake is so calming just outside the doors - will b back xx
