Very good branch with a nice terrace and friendly staff. Great location in a quiet and pedestrian are of Bristol. Plenty of parking around. Hot chocolate came with sprinkles on top by default with no need to ask for it.
Good coffee#1. There is a little terrace next to it and a lot of sofas inside. The coffee and chocolate were amazing. Peaceful place to read or take a coffee studying or just relaxing.
Very nice stop for a family coffee. Staff were very pleasant, and there was a good feel. We didn't have food, so I can't really judge it.Service: 5/5

After visiting Cliffton bridge, I could only find this coffee shop opened. Surprisingly, the cafe serves Karnataka's chickmagalur filter coffee.
It was very busy in Clifton when we needed a coffee, we tried four cafés and all were busy, luckily Coffee#1 had one table free. The coffee was delicious and so was the Coffee cake Food: 5/5
The staff were very accommodating for our big group and the food was just what we needed. Perfect.Food: 5/5

It is alright Coffee#1 in Bristol from the quality perspective but the cafe is really dark and only 2-3 tables got some light which isn't great to enjoy the time during daytime. The biggest problem for me was the service. I have visited that Coffee#1 3 times and each time stuff was swearing really heavily with no reason to other person from stuff next to me and my partner. Once they started signing really loudly and on purpose? badly and giggling at each other. It's great that you feel free at work but maybe some people would like to just sit and relax a bit in your cafe? Each time I felt we just chosen a bad timing all 3 visited across 2 years but after the last time we decided to never come back.
Lovely place, looks a little dark and gloomy from the outside but I think just the right amount of light! Excellent range of hot chocolate and delicious coffee. Also serve fruit juices and cakes. I had a chocolate crunch which was not great tasting and a little dry. Although apparently the Portuguese tart was exceptional! Would recommend
