Very nice golf club. Staff throughout are very friendly and welcoming. Course is challenging with lots of water hazards. A few tight fairways which keep you concentrating. Real sand in all the bunkers which makes a change from a lot of clubs now. Fairways were a bit dry, could of done with a good watering or rain. Greens are really good well kept and very fast when we were here. Tees and greens were well watered. There was one hole on the back 9 can't remember what number which is very near to a sewage plant. If the winds blowing the wrong way then you get an awful stench Good food menu, and good choice of drinks, however, the Guinness was off for our visit . Would definitely play here again.
Nicola and her amazing team at the Mill Green Golf Club were just fantastic. Nicola has such an eye for wedding planning and just fitted our brief just perfectly. She coordinated everything so well that we didn't need to worry about anything. The food that was served was so lovely and we recieved so many compliments on how nice it was. The venue is such a beautiful place and decorated to such a high standard. We are so glad that we held our reception here. Thank you everyone at Mill Green!
As a videographer after your wedding couple the next most important person is the venue. It is imperative that I get along with the venue staff to enable me to serve my client to the best of my ability and create them a stunning memory. It also helps if the venue is beautiful, which The Club at Mill Green is. All the staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with could not be friendlier or do enough to ensure that everything ran well for all the guests and suppliers on the day, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a stunning wedding or party venue to give Mill Green a look.
I was only there as a photographer for a man who plays golf. He considers this golf court to be of good quality, well prepared to play, he likes to go there very much. I felt very well there and I hope that someday I will be able to play golf.
Our wedding day was perfect!! Thank you so much to Silvja, Nicola, Charlie and the team for making our day so special. From the set up, to the food, to making us feel so at ease all day! Nothing was too much trouble and one of you was always there on hand if we needed you! You set everything up so beautifully, and even better than we imagined, so thank you so much! We will be back for a visit soon for sure, can’t thank you enough for being so accommodating and amazing! Thank you thank you! xx
The course was honestly in fantastic shape, but the pace of play could not have been worse. We showed up for a 10:08 tee time and ended up having a ~45 minute wait before actually being able to tee off. There was no proper starter at the first tee and when they did bring one after things were already a mess they didn't do much to improve the pace. Get Golfing needs to seriously re-evaluate the tee gapping and improve staffing. This course is honestly so much fun, but poor management makes it such that I would never recommend playing here on a weekend again. Course is nice, but not worth a waiting on every hole for.
We had our daughters christening here on Saturday. The service was excellent, the food was lovely and all our guests commented on how nice the venue was. So happy to have had our event here! Would definitely recommend Mill Green. Thanks again to all the team, Stella and John
The condition of this course is excellent. Best bunkers I've played from for a long time. Very good layout and enjoyable course to play. Modern clubhouse with excellent customer service. Will definitely return.

The Club at Mill Green is a refreshing change away from all the golf stereotypes. It’s clean, slick, modern and above all run by a great team. Gary, Nicola and Matt run the place flawlessly. With the new addition of David who keeps the Golf Operations running smoothly, it was lovely to meet you the other day. Not forgetting the other guys in the background who do a great job keeping the golf course, clubhouse etc in great condition. I would recommend The Club at Mill Green to anyone, it’s like family to me.
