Went in their to look at digital radios for my 8 year old son who had birthday money to spend. Have never been before but all other retailers have left the high street! Staff were helpful without being pushy. My son liked being able to choose by looking and listening to different radios. We asked lots of questions and staff were patient. We bought one in the end and he was happy. I came home, checked the price just in case, and radio was £5 less in Hatchers than on Amazon! Nice to have decent customer service for these important items.

Refuse full refund on faulty goods within 30 days, bought a TV recorder which failed when left on for more than a couple of hours, returned within 30 days and they refuse to refund as faulty, will only refund 90% of price paid and have this back up for sale. Lost two families custom for life!

Bought a bed recently. Knowledgeable sales staff, competitively priced, delivered on time in perfect condition. Great to make a major purchase in a store where you can touch and feel things rather than just online. Lived in Taunton 18 months now and have bought lots for my kitchen too as well as lovely new sheets for my new bed! Lovely shop - one of my favourites.
