Absolutely terrible visit. The premises have really gone down hill from neglect with really bad mould on the ceiling which smelt. The staff were disinterested and unengaged. The coffee was bad and my panini was stone cold. After asking for it to be heated again it was practically thrown back at me. I then visited the toilets which were filthy with no hand towels. I will not be going back.

Good friendly staff wide range of items fir sale reasonable priced comfy cafe and child changing facilities as well

Had a light lunch at Debenham's cafe which was tasty. Cafe was clean and tidy with views over the park and river.
