Love the bar here. Very chic and classy with a huge selection of spirits and cocktails to chose from. My go to is however a hot chocolate made more indulgent with the addition of a shot of dark or spiced rum, and somebrown sugar.
Wonderful Winter Menu in Harvey Nichols! Many choices, porkhard to find,fish,vegetarian, plenty to eat and excellent price!!
Had my birthday lunch in the bar and restaurant which was an excellent choice. Do not miss the Christmas specials, especially the guinea fowl. Vegetarian option also garnered praise. Good choice of wines, cocktails. A good time had by all.
I was gifted hair straighteners purchased in store at Harvey Nichols Bristol as a Christmas present. However I'd like to exchange them as I already own a set. The person gifting these tried to return them only to be told: "Sorry to inform you that hair straighteners are labelled under hair accessories, making them non-returnable or exchangeable." When these were purchased at no point did a member of Harvey Nichols staff mention that these were non returnable. In fact, he was offered a gift receipt. I consider this to be misleading and unfair. POOR SHOW Harvey Nichols.
Went here yesterday midday to bring back a wallet and change it to anothet wallet. The lady who "helped" us wasn't very friendly. I asked if we could have a new wallet instead of the showroom wallet. She said "it's new because it came in yesterday"... I asked twice and both times was a no. The reason obviously was because the showroom wallet didn't look very new to me. Eventually I did buy it, but next time I won't come back anymore. It's a shame really.
I wouldn't feel safe shopping here a young child has just been beaten in the back room by a large security guard. I'm shocked they would employ someone like this that has no mercy for someone else's child irrespective of the circumstances in a well known store like Harvey Nichols.
The store is open and all the staff excited to come back. The bar is open but the restaurant is scheduled to open approximately end of October with some good menu. They now offer table service... I believe is due to covid restrictions. In all it was amazing experience Bristol store is my best Harvey Nichols store . Follow me on Instagram:
Beating up on teenage girls are we? You need to fire the 'security' guard, report him for assault and issue a public apology for hiring him in the first place. This is going to go big so you better take it seriously.
ZERO STARS as The security gaurd abused a child and assualted her and yet he is still working at the store.... he did not use deescalation skills or proportional restraint... I am disgusted at this stores handling of the situation it was all on camera and arrests need to be made immediately!
Lost for words on my experience at this store it was a cold and in inviting atomosphere as soon as we walked in and started browsing a woman on the bottom shop floor was givin an intimidating vibe and almost judging us for looking around made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we decided to leave the store. We then decided to go back hopeing it would be a different person there but it wasn’t and she did the same thing we then went around to the Tom Ford perfume section and was spoken to by a lovely lady who was welcomeing and kind and asked us if we needed help big props to her! As for miserella i suggest she changes her ways as it is makin you loose customers!!
