The food was good, the salad buffet needs a little bit more variety on the tray, but it was still lovely, though. The customer service was superb! The young lady who attended to us on our table was simply phenomenal . She was vivacious, polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere is good but could be better. There is ample parking space. There is wheelchair accessibility but not to all parts of the restaurant. Overall, it was a really lovely experience and calm ambience at a price that won't break the bank.
Lovey lunch and atmosphere. We were served by Michael and I must say he was the most pleasant character we have ever came across . Thank you for making our visit extra special. Excellent customer service. See you guys again soon.
Had a really lovely meal with two people that come in often who always say the staff are great, they definitely are without a shadow of a doubt an excellent team. The food was lovely and my dessert... Amazing. I forgot to take names to say how good it was today and highlight our waitress, but thank you it was a lovely afternoon and definitely above the standards that you usually get in other harvesters.
A typical harvester with food to match. However what gives this place the edge is the service. The waiting staff have always been a step above. It what's keep me and friends coming back. A special shout out to Michael for really taking the time to know his customers.
Had a very lovely lunch in the harvester today, as soon as I walked in I straight away noticed how fresh and full the salad bar was. Staff greeted us nicely at the door and our server Bethany was amazing. Super kind and made sure we had everything we needed! She was always around to make sure we were okay and helped us with any questions we had. Food came nice and quickly and was piping hot and cooked beautifully. Excited to come again!!

Great meal, expertly served by Michael. Salad reliable as ever, good steak, lovely Christmas Dinner from the festive menu. Good atmosphere, not too busy, and Michael was very friendly and funny. Training to be a stand up comedian we think! Will be back soon. Parking: Easy parking right outside. Three disabled bays.
The staff was very friendly, we had a great laugh, my meal was okay, but the chicken was very dry and the sausages were dry, but everything else even the salad was quite nice. Apart from the salad rolls were not very fresh
Went here for lunch today with our 8 year old son as a half term treat. Was shown to our table promptly and not long after our waitress Bethany showed up. Top marks to Bethany for excellent customer service and professionalism which was shown not only to us but anyone else she came into contact with. The food itself is great value and the decor of this particular branch is great. All very clean and bright will definitely be visiting again here soon!
